Looking for a cloner who can clone my shiny horsea so I have 2 copies and my shiny eevee so I can have 3 copies, As a payment You can make yourself a copy. You must give me an insurance pokémon as I do get very unsure about theese things - Thankyou.

No, It is possible using the GTS, NOT battle tower like in emerald.
