I have an EV blank in my emerald.. if it's EV trained in mainly attack and speed the lvl stats will come out as:

250
164
187
299
194
356

It will know Bolt\Beam\Psychic and Rapid Spin

If you have something better to offer, I'll EV train it.. all you have to do is use a water stone and change what you want on it... it can also be nicknamed.

I have an ut shiny lugia, so if yours is calm\bold\impish\careful, I might consider it
