Looking for host

i need a free host [parents won't let me get a paid host 'cause my dad doesn't want me spending money on my website]

The requirements i need are:
1. Reasonable Amount Of Bandwith [for sound files, images, and alot of pages]
2. PHP support
Very Important things that i can do without one or two:
1. Free Domain Name [mysite.com; I can do without this]
2. CGI Support
3. FTP Support
4. Banner Exchange
5. Unlimited Bandwith
6. Support

There is no such thing as a free domain name or unlimited bandwidth. If a company gives you a free domain name, you don't own it, they do. As for unlimited bandwidth if you need 2Mb/sec of bandwidth and only have a 1.44Mb/sec connection, you have a problem. Therefore it is impossible. There is a such thing as an unmetered connection for dedicated servers through.
