Looking for Ice Punch Sneasel/Black Sludge

Hi everyone. I'm looking for a sneasel that knows ice punch, and a black sludge.

In return, I have pokemon that I can quickly breed for good natures. I can breed all of them for Adamant, Jolly, or Timid.

Piplup (I can breed for Modest as well)
Eevee (I can breed Calm as well)
Alakazam (I can breed Modest as well)
Totodile
Aerodactyl
Dratini
Squirtle
Sneasel
