3rd Gen Looking for latios or latias?

    Once you find them get the master ball thats in the Aqua or Magma hideout, fly to Mossdeep city and make sure your party is 4 wobbefets a sherpedo and a Rayquaza then surf south and you sould find him or her.
     
    Sorry,You are wrong They appear ramdomly in the wild after you finsih the E4.
     
    I know just when you find them randomly just do that
     
    Yeah i know but catch Rayquaza first and then catch latios or latias.
