3rd Gen lugia & charzard

    is there a way to get a lugia in fr & lf. also is there realy a black and a blue charzard!
     
    I don't think you can get Lugia in FR+LG, but there is a Charizard that looks like this:

    It is a shiny Pokemon, that is really rare to find.
     
    You can get Lugia by getting the Mystic Ticked that will send you to Navel Island.
    The thing is, that ticket can be only obtained in long-past events or via gameshark...
    The other option is trading it.
     
    There was a event long time ago in Fr and Lg for lugia and ho-oh, but those are over, so you would have to to get a lugia by hacking or get one in XD: Gale of Darkness. There is a black charizard and not a blue one. its call a shiny pokemon and its really rare.
     
    the chances are actually 1 in 8192, or something like that. Either way your odds were a tad low lol.

    But yeah, soft resetting in front of the ball is the easiest way, saves waiting and hatching eggs all day.
