Dunno about the time flute... but i've seen Lugia ONCE in Gold... and caught it too! :D
 
I'd luv to join this! You cant get any time flutes in XD its Colosseum where you can get 3 time flutes and I have seen Lugia once in my Emerald game and once in XD.
 
i saw lugia 40 times in silver before catchin' it
