4th Gen Macho Brace

To get macho brace do you need 1 burmy and change its forms or do you need 3 burmy at once?

I don't really think you can get a Macho Brace using Burmy >_>

you must have the three forms in your party and talk to some lady or somthing i didn't try it tough and shift you can get a machobrace with burmy's

Yes, I am wrong. But there are other ways of getting a Macho Brace. Via the Battle Tower(BP) and the old man by Pal Park(So I've heard..).

Yeah, you need to have all 3 forms of Burmy in your party at the same time, and then you talk to the guy in Pastoria City.

Luckily for me, there's an easier way to do it. I bought FireRed about a week before Diamond/Pearl came out, and you can get a Macho Brace after you defeat the first 8 gym leaders. Basically, just beat the 8th gym leader in Viridian City, and then talk to him again after you've heard his losing speech, and then he'll disappear. Check the spot that he was standing on, and you'll collect a Macho Brace (it was invisible).

In this way, it's possible to get more than one Macho Brace by owning FireRed (or LeafGreen I think) as well as one of the DS versions without having to restart your game.
