Maple Story

It's free, but the grind is horrible. Takes around a month to get to level 50, actually. They do have 2x EXP Cards, but it costs real money and you need PayPal for that. Right now I play a private server with 8x EXP and 4x Drop Rates called OdinMS. Registrations are closed, but I'll let you know when it re-opens.
 
I used to play on the Windia server but I quit because the leveling was just ridiculous.The first twenty or so levels are fair, then it starts taking days to level, and by the time you get to level 30 it takes weeks. See those lvl90+ people? They've either been playing for 2+ years or used botting hacks.
 
I downloaded this a while back when me and a few of my friends (from this site, actually ._.) we're all going to play it together. Eventually, we all decided that would be lame, and resorted back to the retarded MSN chats we all have with eachother talking about absolutely nothing, as we slowly waste away infront of a computer screen ._.

I still have it on my computer, but have yet to actually play it..maybe I'll get around to it some other time if it's really as fun as some people I know say it is ._.

Yea... That's the exact reason I play OdinMS. Eight times the experience makes it real easy. In the real versions of MapleStory, it takes over 9000 years to gain ONE level in the 50s.
 
Haha, I used to really be into Maple Story a few years ago. I spent practically all of that summer and autumn playing it with my brother. I think I got to the mid-30's in level, but after that it got so repetitive and boring that I just... stopped :x It's really only fun if you're playing with somebody else, in my opinion.
