4th Gen Marowak Help plz

So hey ive been raising my marowak with naughty nature, for which it is supposed to have a better attack, but its been a long time now and its attack rises very eratically, its like: one level, attack rises by 1; the next level its attack rises by 3; next lvl, 1 again. The only consistant skill is defense (raising between 3 and 4 every level), but i really care most for his attack.

so watamaidoinwrong????????????????

PS: special attack, speed, and special defense only rise by 1 each level, i kinda expected that from speed, not so much from special attack, but its really annoying that if its attack is NOT gonna rise as much as i expected, its special defense goes down too.

marowak ftw!!!! and i dont the exsact defination to what the naughty nature should do maybe the eractic stats r part of it? just givem some protein hahahah

Maybe what you're knocking out has something to do with it? I know from EV training that what you knock out AND nature helps dictate what goes up and by what. But that's just my guess.

yes but EV is different from nature, cause it works at level 100, im talking about leveling before the EVs take effect

forgewt about that i understand now. I just battled a lot of ratticates and ponytas and my speed rise changed from +1, to +3

Let me change my question, what should i battle to earn attack EV in heart gold? marowak is 37 now so i guess i totally screwed up but ill continue anyways.

Good place for Attack EVs are against Bellsprout and Ekans in the Route south of Violet City.
