3rd Gen Max Evs

I need help... I was wondering if u know a easy way to have Maxed Evs pokemon (I dont care if i have to buy a cheating device) but i would like those EVs to b real... not like 999 atk, 999 def... I mean, real MAX EVs

Nah,I thinks you need a cheating device to do what you want.

i'm pretty sure you need a cheating device for that.

To make full EVs

You need to buy 10 of each drug! and use them on ur pokemon... your pokemon should be on lvl 5 when u used them

now train them up

thats the easiest way of doin it

The pokemonmaker.. Thanks I think the codes they give u in the pokemon maker are for action replay right?

I wanted maximum IVs (0-31 or somethin) I wanted all in 31 ^^ (Super hard)
