Do you eat your meals at the same time every day? If so, why? Do you have any specific reason for eating your meals at those times, or is it just something that came about on its own? If not, why not? Do you specifically not eat at the same times? Do you wish that your meals were at a set time, or not? Discuss!

For me, my meals typically occur at the same time every day just because they happen to fall that way. Breakfast soon after I wake, lunch because at work I have to take my break before we open up, and dinner because I typically start feeling hungry at about 6:00 pm. I only noticed it recently haha, so I thought I would ask you PC!

Oh... I never have a set time for things really. I don't eat much during the day because I forget/am too lazy to cook for myself so I generally just eat supper with everyone else when Mum gets home at 7pm and that's all. But when I'm with my dad I eat more often and at regular times- breakfast at 10am, lunch at 1pm, dinner at 6pm. Same at my grandparents. But considering I'm never at a place with regular meals for a meaningful amount of days, I never really get into a pattern.

I eat my meals at roughly the same time every day (breakfast at 7-9 AM, lunch at 11:30-12 PM and dinner at 6 PM), since I tend to keep a schedule for myself, even on breaks.

For me it varies because my work schedule is liable to change at any time. I try to keep it consistent when I can, though.

We used to do that when I was in middle/high school. Breakfast before leaving, lunch at lunchtime, dinner when my parents made it (and usually around the same time every day barring weird circumstances).

Now? I eat whenever I eat. It all depends on my work schedule for the day. It's even worse when I'm off, I eat like a million times that day if there's tasty food around. D8 I don't mind the weird eating schedule though. As long as I'm fed, I'm good.

Besides my 1 hour lunch break at work, I tend to make something to eat whenever I start to feel hungryy~~
Though I can nip out at work earlier to grab a sandwich or something if I wanted, they're pretty easygoing that way which is really nice <3

I eat whenever I start feeling hungry so like 5-6 times a day, usually I have breakfast lunch and dinner around the same time with just snacks thrown in between them to keep me going. Though if I dont have food within like 2 hours of waking up I start falling to pieces :S

Except for family events, everyone in my home just eats when ever they are hungry, and in their rooms, same with me. usually the cats help me eat the meal.

    Normally, it is around 5:30pm,

Fabio confirmed for old man. Your long johns will arrive by post within 3-5 business days.

As for me, I work afternoons so everything for me is shifted back later in the day. I get up anywhere between 9am and 10:30am, so if I have breakfast at all it's usually between 11:30am and 12:30pm. Then if I'm not working that day I have lunch at around 3-3:30pm, or if I am working then I usually have my break around 5pm (just as Fabio is about to start his dinner :P). Then I have dinner at either 8pm or 9pm, depending on when I finish work.

No. If I have the car and have money in the bank, I'll eat around 1:00 in the afternoon (in preparation for work, more than anything) and then again on my lunch break at 6:40. Sometimes I may go get some breakfast, but it's never healthy. Usually something from McDonalds. :/ Sometimes I get something to eat after work as well.

When I don't have the car and can't access the money in the bank, I rely solely on what's in the house - which is usually nothing. So I don't have a set time that I schedule all the time.

I never really cared about when I eat my food. It's always, make some malt-o-meal or pour some cereal when I wake up, make a sandwich or some mac and cheese when I feel like lunch, and have whatever I feel like for my third meal. As you can see, I don't have a reason for eating at these times.

I'm very pragmatic when it comes to food and mealtimes and all of that other stuff. I just eat when I'm hungry, without a specific timeframe in mind. Take breakfast, for example. I didn't have any today, and the first thing I've eaten was a slice of chocolate cake that my brother made an hour ago. And it's currently 12:30pm. I'll probably have something more substantial in a few hours time, but I have no idea what, or when that will be. Most of my food stuff works like this, really, so schedules and meal times don't really enter into the equation with me.

I generally eat breakfast right after I shower, which is rarely after noon. Lunch is generally skipped, as breakfast is frequently too close to it. Dinner is had during my break at work, which is usually at 6 PM but sometimes at 6:30 PM. Then I often eat something when I get home or on my way home between 10:30 PM and 11 PM.

My schedule is drastically out of sync with the rest of my family's, though.

I don't really eat that much nowadays, I don't have the desire to. Breakfast is usually skipped, mainly because I just don't have the time to eat it in the morning, so, idk, it just gets moved on over and merged in with my snack at 10:30. From then on, I just get whenever I want to. Some days I just don't eat at all, which isn't healthy...but, I'm still functioning.

I've been raised in an Italian family, so my meals are always at a set time, which I absolutely hate. Italians have 3 big meals throughout the day, and nothing else. I can't eat a lot in one sitting, I'm a small guy. I've found (after being home alone for a week) that I do best with a small meal once every waking hour.

As my sleeping pattern is completely backwards. I tend to have breakfast around 1pm-2pm, lunch about 7pm-8pm, and dinner any time after work, I work twilight shift so I work 3pm-11pm.

    Ew schedules

My family doesn't understand the concept of "I don't have a big stomach anymore" so they'll just shove food down my face, and when I refuse to eat, they act like it's myyyyyyy goddamn fault that my physical body is unable to handle a kilo (literally) of food like I used to.

Which is why I hate meals so goddamn much, and because of other issues, I sleep 'till 10~11:30 AM, which is when my family has lunch. Which causes some problems.

Gawd, they tell me to fix my problems but they don't tell me how to :\ dammit

Lunch is around 11 AM. Dinenr can be anytime between 5:30 and 6:00. I'd really rather eat dinner later to spread out my meals more, but that won't be an option till I move out on my own.

I typically do not eat breakfast unless I'm at a hotel that serves a free continental breakfast.
