I wanna use my mega medicham. I have it's evs in speed and attack. It's currently level 48 Hasty with:
    HP 122
    Att 98
    Def[-] 85
    Sp. Atk 71
    Sp. Def 80
    Spe[+] 122

As you can see I've been putting the attention on speed and attack.
    It's current moveset is:
    High Jump Kick
    Zen Headbutt
    Ice Punch
    Substitute

Any suggestions for the rest of my team?

U-Turn and Volt Switch users are generally a pretty good combo with Medicham, as it helps you switch it in and get off a safe Substitute. Scizor and Rotom-W come to mind. Talonflame also suits as a sweeper as Medicham can take care of most of it's counters.

Just saying stats isn't necessary. EVs are more optimal. In Medicham's case, the recommended spread is 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe.

Bisharp also pairs well with Mega Medicham, as it helps deal Ghost Pokemon, while Medicham covers Fighting Pokemon:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/52 SDef/204 Spe
    Item: Black Glasses/Dread Plate/Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Defiant

    or
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 192 HP/220 Atk/96 Spe
    Item: Assault Vest
    Ability: Defiant

I'm thinking of adding a Nido. Do you guys think I should go for KIng or Queen. I have a snorlax with heavy slam, ice beam, thunderbolt, and rollout which can take a fair amount of hits.

In the standard competitive environment, the Nidos and Snorlax aren't that viable, sadly. The former two are outclassed by Incarnate Landorus as specially-based Ground Pokemon, since it's stronger and faster than both. Snorlax, I'm iffy on because it just keeps getting more overwhelmed by stronger attackers with each passing generation. You could use Gengar as a specially based Poison Pokemon as it has a very good movepool. I'm on my phone now so I can edit the right sets in later.

Well I was thinking the Nido due to the ground typing, so that I could cover electric types. I know Gengar has no ground type moves and neither do any other of my team so far (M Medicham, Talonflame, Rotom-W, Bisharp). Perhaps a Gliscor or Hippowdon?
