5th Gen Meloetta revealed

I notice there's no Meloetta reveal thread yet. So how do you think it'll be obtained? A straight event, or a special area in B2/W2 where it can be captured?

Well they might do two events, one for BW which is give away and give an item to activate the event in B2W2 like they did Victini same goes for Keldeo as the movie and the games release dates are pretty close

Meloetta hasn't been announced for anything currently or revealed. I'm guessing you saw the scan of the movie, however it isn't confirmed. Though if you want to discuss Meloetta's (or Genesect's) turn of reveal do so in this thread. https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=273579

That's a good theory. This should be a Meloetta discussion thread, not just about the event.

Anyway, Meloetta has two forms with different typing. In that sense, it's the Arceus of this generation, at least for gameplay purposes. It's not a BST 720 beast like Arceus, and it doesn't need an item to change forms, but it's the closest comparison we have. Shaymin could also be a good comparison, for the same reason.
