Mental Health Day?

I took a mental health day today because I've been exhausted lately and really wanted to go to a midnight movie premiere last night.

Talk about your Mental Health Days.

When you don't feel like going to work/school and so you stay home and "rest."

It's hard to explain, but it's basically a day where you lay around and do nothing because you don't want to do anything.

It's like a sick day, but for the mind...

It is better to take one of those days, then blowing a gasket at work or at school...

I took two the other day. XD

But it turned out to be better than I expected, because two teachers were also missing, out of 3. XD

Like Feign said, it's a sick day only for your mind. Not for any of those problems.

Well I don't really know if any teachers are gone today, but I know I didn't do my homework for today so it saved my butt.

Well on my mental health days I usually sleep till around 10 or 11. On a good day I can reach 12. If I do wake up around 11 I end up watching the price is right. Which is one of the most wonderful progams I've ever seen. Then I make breakfast, go on the computer, lay in my pajamas. You know, all the good stuff. :)

Same here. I seem to get much better sleep when the weather is crappy. Especially with snow.

I should call in sick with "having man problems" as the excuse. If asked to clarify, I could act embarrassed and go "YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO ASK ABOUT THESE SORTS OF THINGS, GOSH!"

Wow. Once I have a job I hate I'll totally call in with that as my excuse. "Man problems..."
