Everyone (well, most of them) hates catching these two pokemon. They flee and fly and they are weak (compare them to darkrai).
I would use quickballs, ultra balls and dusk balls to catch them, and bronzong's block then use psychic a lot until it's health is really low(like 10 hp, that's what i did).

Well, share how you got those two pokemon and how you trained them!

Mesprit sucks, but Cresselia? She's AWESOME. You need to have your head checked.

Anyway, I caught both in Master Balls- I migrated a few from Emerald.

:O Dont be dissing cresselia lol, she's a beast of a wall.
I use crobat, my catching specialist. Meanlook+double status ftw
I trainwed my cresselia as a dual wall, i swear to god this thing can work in ubers. LunarDance Cressy+Focus Sash Deoxys = Ownage ;)

I paralyzed Mesprit and got HP down and caught with a Ultra-ball? I think it was.

    Cresselia, used the Master Ball.

Using Dark Balls at night is the most effective (albeit crazy-expensive) way to catch the runners (w/o Master Ball, that is). At least, that's what I used to catch Mesprit (I used the Master on Cresselia).

So as long as you have a Pokémon who can induce sleeping and some extra cash lying around, DB's are the way to go!
