Put any mess-ups you've found in the anime here.

I noticed two in "Hitokage the Stray Pokemon" last time I saw it:
    1) When Satoshi-tachi first meet Hitokage on the rock, Satoshi tries to catch it to bring it to a Pokemon Center. On his second attempt at capturing it, it actually goes inside the Pokeball and the ball shakes before Hitokage pops out, like it could've worked if Hitokage didn't have so much "spunk" as Takeshi put it. This shouldn't happen. If a Pokemon's already captured, no one else can capture it (unless you have a Snag Ball, and I believe that only works on Shadow Pokemon).
    2) Damian has loads of captured Pokemon in Pokeballs on a table, and they all belong to him. Yet when a trainer gets six Pokemon, any others are automatically transferred to the storage system. He wouldn't be able to have all of those Pokemon out.

In Pokemon Heroes Japanese Version, when Latias pours the water on for Pikachu, Ash says, "Thank you miss, let's go, ikachu!"

However, the dubbed version made him not notice her, thereby making him rude!

    [copied from TPP https://pokepen.jessem.elixant.com/tv/ag/trivia.htm]

When Professor Birch shows May a Treecko, she thinks it's creepy. Just a few days later, when they find the Treecko colony, May thinks they're cute.

Jessie's hair was bitten off by Seviper, but it managed to grow back within a few hours o_O

I'm just putting them up on that page as I figure them out... o_O Oh yeah, and Brock said he used to have a Ninetales in the episode with the ghost person, but his Vulpix never evolved O_O

Oh, and along with Jessie and the Seviper, remember when she got the crew cut from the Scyther colony in the Orange Islands? THAT was hilarious.

    Aaargh, I'm so bad at thinking up pokemon errors...it's been so long since I've seen any of the old episodes...I've got to think of a good one... >_<;;

Lol, didn't I have a thread on these things a while ago??

    Haha. Anyway, I'll repost them:

James of Team Rocket is quite an amazing person; somehow, despite all laws of physics and other laws, he seems to be able to keep his eyes over his hair.

In the episode The Lotad Lowdown, when the gang was underwater, I could distinctly hear them gasp. Don't you inhale when you gasp? Hmmm? the absence of exhaled air bubbles is also intriguing?

In the episode Air Time [and others, but this one I can remember best for right now], when Meowth scratched Ash's face, I could've sworn I saw one of the marks appear [and disappear shortly thereafter] over his eye? and he seemed to be able to see through it still? one would almost think that an eye with that kind of wound would lose its sight, right?

I think this is in the episode "Why? Wynaut" when Ash loses all his badges and finds them, he starts naming them off and says Glacier twice XD and in Poekmon the First Movie a Scyther came up and Team Rocket said "Alakazam!" (i think it was Scyther) and Jessie carries miracle grow! how else can she get her hair chopped off over 5 times and have it grow back in less then two scenes XD

    It is Scyther.

Now why did they kept that "mistake" in the movie? On the DVD, sadly I watch the movie with the commentary audio one day and English adaptation director Michale Haigney and producer Norman J. Grossfeld admit they made a mistake. One of the sound effect producer caugh the mistake and pointed out to them. Then respond by saying it was either "genius" or lazyness (most likely the second one) and kept it that way because they want the "kids" to catch the mistake; to see if they know their Pok?mon and that wanted to make Team Rocket...stupid... Saying they wouldn't know what Pok?mon now and then.

Oh come on! Who the heck would believe that?!? */rant*

In the Red Gyarados episode they said that Ash ahd to battle Pryce for his seventh and last gym badege when the last Johto badge is the eigth badge which belongs to Clair.

Also in Pikachu's Rescue Adventure the Poliwhirl in the Bellossom song say Poliwrath.

And if I had a nickel for everytime they said that rock is resitant to electric I'd have quite a few nickels. Ground is resitant to electric, electric attacks do normal damage against rock types, and about half the time they see a rock/ground, ground, or rock Pokemon Pikachu gets a OHKO with Thundershock (the weakest electric attack) while other times it doesn't effect them at all.

And also all the times Jessie's Wobbufett has used Counter on special attacks when Counter only works on physical attacks while Mirror Coat is what is used for special attacks. (did she use Mirror Coat in Japan or did she always use Counter like in the US?)

There are about a million more, but I don't have time to list all of 4kids' errors...

Not to burst everyone's bubble, but there's a thread in this forum very similar to this one that has been here before. There's no point of keeping this one up; so if y'all don't mind, please direct yourselves over to the "Bloopers!!" thread. Thank you!

Yeah, I remember in the First Movie where Pikachu beats a Golem with an Electric attack. All I could figure it is had something to do with his charge up in the 5th ep ever that helps him get the Boulder Badge.

Two more mess ups that come to mind: I watched "The Joy of Water Pokemon" yesterday and a two Dewgong are playing in the lake and they both say "Seel!"
Also, I find it odd how so many little kids seem to have Pokemon, when you have to be 10 to start. Some of these kids look under 10 years old. That kid with the Spheal in that "Spheal of Approval" ep is a good example. He didn't look any older than Masato.

The Chinese version called Psychic as Psycho wave.

The Japanese version mixed up Lovely Kiss and Sweet Kiss (holiday Hi-something)

The ATV Cantonese version, Brock and Tracey were voice casted by the same person! And the last epi of Orange Islands made a big embarassment!

Yeah, I want to just yell at the producers for that?

Holiday Hi-Jynx. A thought being a big Jynx fan you'd know that one! ;)

In the one with the old people and Diglett during Master Quest, a woman says shes 120 and Jessie exclaims "That's ten times older than I am!" Now, even according to the official bios, which I regard as wrong on the ages of Brock, Jessie, and James, shes 17. So now she's 12? Stupid unmathematical dub writers.

Either that, or they could had made Jessie said, "That's 7.0588235294117647058823529411765... (etc.) times older than I am!" :P LOL
