go to Steven's house in mossdeep. there will be a pokeball containing Metagross (in its lowest evolution form of course). Remember to save and reload for the best personality you desired.

I think ya mean defeat Frostweaver! :P well yeah theres a lv.5 Beldum in the Pokeball along with a note from Steven! but i was hoping there would be a Beldum every time you beat the E4! ^^

The eon pokemon siblings are dragons... you have to encounter them once first before you can do the pokedex thing. It's like the old legendary beasts (i prefer beasts over dogs) in GSC.
