3rd Gen MetalKid's Pokemon Program

I have created a program using VB.NET w/ Access to make researching Pokemon information much easier and quicker. You can learn more about it at *Link Removed* (Make sure to read the Requirements section, as well)

So far, these are the features incorporated into it:

Calculating IV/Stats/Hidden Power of Pokemon
- Calculate the IV based on Stats/EV you provide
- Caluclate the Stats based on IV/EV you provide
- Calculate the Hidden Power type/power of the Pokemon you are currently checking on


Damage Calculator
-Calculate how much damage one Pokemon does to another based on a huge amount of variables


Experience Calculator
-Calculate how much XP you will get from a battle given certain circumstances


Calculate Catch Rate
-Calculate the % chance of catching a Pokemon given certain circumstances
-(Note: I am not 100% sure if the formula I am currently using is correct... FYI)


Items
- Read descriptions for all items in R/S/FR/LG
- Get locations for all of those items


Planning a Pokemon which includes:
-Choosing a specific pokemon
-Only seeing moves that Pokemon can learn
-Choose 4 of those moves
--It will tell you what each move does, its power, acc, etc
-Choose from all of the hold items available
--It well tell you what each hold item does and where it is located
-Choose from the possible Abilities
--It will tell you what it does below
-Choose the Personality
--It will tell you what each personality modifies
-After creating it, you can save it for reference in the future
-Ability to get Chain Breeding Information
-Can display a list of moves that you should probabaly use, depending on what type of moveset you are looking for


Looking at a lot of Info for Pokemon at once
-Base Stats: You can refine the search to include a min base stat(s) you want
-Moves: You can search based on any move(s) you select to search on
-Type1/Type2: You can search based on Pokemon Type
-Experince: You can search by how much experience it takes to get to Level 100
-BreedingA/BreedingB: You can search by what Egg Groups Pokemon are in
-Ability: You can search through based on a specific Ability you want your Pokemon to have
-You can also search based on specific Pokemon you choose
-By clicking on the heading, you can sort in descending order, or Ascending order if you click a 2nd time


Find a Pokemon
-It will tell you where that pokemon is, or how to get it (if only evolve)
-There is also a map that you can display with all the routes shown (From GameFAQs)


Pokemon EV Worth
-It will display what a pokemon's total EV is worth
-There are also buttons to click on to show where the best spot for a specific stat is (From GameFAQs)


Pokemon Moves
-Look at all the pokemon moves and see what they do
-Will also display Contest information as well


HMs/TMs
-See what each HM/TM is, what the move does, and where it is located


View/Edit/Delete your Planned Pokemon
-You can view the Pokemon you created at any time
-You can edit the Pokemon and change anything you originally specified in
-You can delete a creation if you want to
-You can save the stats of your Pokemon as you level, along with the EVs (actual or planned, you choose)


Strength/Weakness Chart
-You can choose a Pokemon (The one taking the hit) and find out how effective different types of moves will be (i.e. 1/2x, 2x, 4x, etc)

Experience Chart
-You can find how many experience points it takes to get to any level for any Pokemon
-You can choose 2 levels to see the difference in experience points between levels
-You can estimate how long it will take you to level up from one level to the other via battling vs Elite 4 or in Victory Road or you can specify the XP per second yourself
-(Only contains average values for R/S at the moment)


Pokemon Analyzer
-You can pick 6 Pokemon from the ones you created to see their overall strength and weaknesses
-Will display if any moves are not needed and what types you are totally effective against
-More analysis data will come in the near future


You can turn on and off music, choose to have it play on startup, and choose to play 1 of 4 (for now) different tracks

You can also change the background/foreground color of all the forms and save it as a default, so it looks good to you.

You can have multiple windows open at the same time, so you can compare IVs of 2 pokemon or whatever you want!

You can check for updates under File, so you don't have to go to my site to find out.
