Hello everybody. I just came up with a way for mew as starter and easy game completion(with ar codes, of course!) Now this is what you do:

    Ar codes needed:
Walk through walls(optional for mew, required for game beat):
    7881A409-E2026E0C
    8E883EFF-92E9660D
    Master code:
    D8BAE4D9-4864DCE5
    A86CDBA5-19BA49B3
    A57E2EDE-A5AFF3E4
    1C7B3231-B494738C
    Master balls in pc:
    128898B6-EDA43037
    Faraway Island:
    8DEB234A-4C8DC5EC

WARNING: only read on if you are sure you want to give up you're file(or trade your pokemon to a different game, that works too)
First: begin a new game with master balls in pc code on only. play through the game until you set the clock. Then go to the pc, and withdraw 99 masterballs. Save, then turn it off.
Second: Deactivate masterballs code(don't worry, you will still have the ones you withdrawed) and activate the faraway island code. Start playing, go through a door, and you will be at faraway island. Turn the AR switch off. and go through the clearing. You will see mew go into the tall grass. When looking in the grass for it, keep pressing a until it comes out and fight you. It will be at lvl. 30. when you battle it, you should send out missingno(It happened on sapphire cause I walked through walls into grass) If you attack, you will be out of pp, and you will faint. Immediately use masterball. Save, turn off.
Third: Deactivate faraway island code, and activate walk through walls code, start playing the game. Follow the path out of faraway island, and the person at the bout should take you back to Lilycove. Walk through walls until you arrive at Rustburo. Beat Roxxane, then do the same with the other gym leaders(to walk on water, walk through a wall near water, then just walk on water, then walk through a wall to get off of water.) And about sootopolis, you will need dive(catch a water pokemon with a masterball), then do the stuff at Mossdeep to get dive, then go to Sootopolis. Normally the gym is closed, but see if you can go inside the side of the door. If it doesn't work, do the magma/aqua thing with Kyogre/Groudon. Once you're done, beat Juan, and go to the elite four. Before challenging them, teach mew a Fighting move for Sidney's dark pokemon. If you're mew is strong enough, you may prevail. If not, just buy a lot of Full restores(since mew was you're only pokemon, except for the water pokemon knowing dive, revives will not be as essential as full restores.) Then, if you play the cards right, you'll beat the elite four.
NOTE: I have tried every code here except walk through walls, because my AR is corrupted at the moment. But I got it from a reliable site:www.supercheats.com. I hope I helped, and please feel free to post on this thread to tell me what happened. :D :D :D :D

Actually,no. It's not in the wild. It would be at Faraway island, where i'ts originally found. Before my AR was messed up, and before my friend's cousin deleted my file(grrrr), I caught mew at faraway island, and Deoxys at birth island( Ho-oh and Lugia were to daggone hard) and they obeyed me perfectly.

great code but i dont think ill give up my file lol =P
    good work though ^_^

That sucks getting your game deleted,I got mine deleted twice by my cousin(he's five and is a pokemon fan:)).Good luck trying it.

Overall, it works. You'll get Mew as your starter. Walk through walls code didn't work though.

    Now...for the flaws and solutions...

The start-of-game events never happened. The actual programmed events of you "getting your first Pokemon" never happened. When you press start to view the menu, you get no "Pokemon" option. You'll also have no PokeDex, although everytime you capture a Pokemon, it'll still register in the Dex.

Not viewing the start-of-game events pretty much makes entering any of the two houses impossible without getting stuck. If you return to your or May's house, the start-of-game events trigger, but it triggers in a screwed up way. You automatically walk outside the walls into the black area and get stuck.

If you want this to work without screwing up the menu options or the impossibility of visiting your mom, go through the start-of-game events normally first. Grab your first Pokemon, battle May north of Oldale Town, get the PokeDex, then use the code. Once you're finished with Mew, return to Lilycove.

But now that you've got Mew and your other first Pokemon, you're stuck in Lilycove in an underleveled state. The walk through walls code didn't work for me. I thought of using the All TM/HM code to teach Fly to Mew and head back to Oldale Town, but the lack of a certain badge makes using Fly outside of battles impossible. And you can't exactly head to Fortree City and fight it out for the badge. Team Aqua will be blocking the way and they won't move cause you approached them from the wrong direction (gotta hate them event-triggered events).

But fear not...use this warp code to return to Oldale Town.

Once you're back, get rid of that code and continue on with your journey as you normally would.

Meh. I did it on a ROM. Nothing happened. And even if something happened on the real thing, so long as you don't save, it'll be like it never happened.

I think this thread is awesome. Does this work on ruby version? If it does I will try it.
