    In FR/LG do you obtain Mewtwo via AR/Nintendo event or is he an in-game legend like Palkia?
     
    He is in the game after you beat the aleat 4 he is in the cerilian cave
     
    Although you will need to fix the Net Machine in First Island before being able to enter.
     
    Cerulean Cave, bring lots of ultra balls and couple timer balls.
