4th Gen Migrating Pokemon - Held Items?

Yes you can. Just stick it onto the Pokemon and migrate it across. It'll have the item once in D/P.
 
Sadly, no. You re-catch the pokemon, not trade it. So, you will need the help of a friend, or trade it thru wifi on PC forums, with another Seadra owner who wants a kindra
 
but yea its cool, like this i now have 5 exp shares, great for EV training sweepers
 
i thought about that... and somehow it did make sense to use exp shares.. but i forgot why.. i guess in cases a few dont need any more EVs of one kind, then i'd have to store them away again
