Milotic or Kingdra / / Houndoom or Magmortar.

So should I have Kingdra or Milotic? Can you list movesets, EVs, natures, etc.

How bout Houndoom or Magmortar.

I love Houndoom, and I've never evenseen a Magmortar. Which do you think would be the best fire pokemon? You may give me others.

And what's a good Rhyperior moveset? I hate the crappy moveset that the Tower Tycoon gives it so don't even mention it to me.

I like Houndoom better than Magmortar even though magmortar has a higher Sp atk base then houndoom, (15 difference) anyway here is a good set for houndoom:

Houndoom @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Timid or Modest
EVs: 252 Sp Atk / 252 Speed / 6 HP or Def or Sp Def
Moveset:
- Roar
- Dark pulse
- Flamethrower
- Nasty plot

magmortar learns thunderbolt =D. but umm, if you like houndoom better, then use it. sadly, he doesn't have as much *good* moves in his movepool. believe it or not, the best moveset Houndoom can run is a Sunny Day moveset.

kingdra vs milotic... milotic is better as a bulky water. it never easily dies. kingdra is quite good but doesn't have the movepool and ability that milotic does to be a good bulky water. even with ice beam, garchomp has no reason to fear it. it would only take a Dragon Claw to OHKO it. milotic, however, can get tossed around by other bulky waters. Kingdra takes care of a lotta them with Yawn + STAB Dragon Pulse.

Milotic makes a much better wall than Kingdra. Although it's harder to get a Milotic (finding a Feebas... yay.) it's far worth it than a Kingdra, imo.

I found this was a nice Milotic that makes a good special wall and a fairly decent special sweeper.

~Surf
~Hypnosis/HP Electric/Toxic
~Recover
~Ice Beam

Then, lots of EV's in Special Attack and Defense. (I'm very bad with EV's, so... xD)


I like Houndoom, too, so I'll go with him over Magmortar.

I think a good Houndoom moveset would go like this, although this is just me:

Houndoom@Leftovers
Nature: Timid
~ Flamethrower
~ Crunch/Pursuit
~ Will-o-wisp/HP Grass
~ Toxic/Nasty Plot

Put your EV's in Speed and Special Attack.
