how do i get a Mismagius and Honchkrow ?

By evolving Misdreavus and Murkrow with a Dusk Stone.
Both of them are found in Eterna forest at night. Misdreavus in Pearl, Murkrow in Diamond.

Yes. An unlimited amount, you can get them through pick up. Only those 2.

Yes, Misdreavus can be a boy with 50% of chance, only that stone evolves 2 of those pokemon.

Actually im sorry, i take it back, you can only find more dusk stones, for having a pokemon with pick-up.

Other then that, one is found in the Galatic Warehouse, and the other in Victory road.

If you want to evolve Murkrow, and Misdreavus, then yes you would want them!

Any pokemon with pickup (Eg. Pachirisu) might pick it up after a battle. the higher the level the more chance there is of them finding one.

Both of them found at 20% at night, depending on their versions. You can also go to the lost tower for them.

Well it makes sense, since they both are made to show up at night. Murkrow is Dark-flying if you think about it! Misdreavus for being a ghost that shows up at night, and dark places.
