    hey guys i want 2 ask something,can mods see who your PMing?

    If you reply to a PM from someone, then yes. But if you create a new PM and fill in the name there, then no.

    I think, anyway. Unless that's for S-Mods and up or something. x_o;

    No, that was right. If the name's filled in afterwards, then the recipient's not visible at all. :x

    But yeah, otherwise, for normal replies any member, mod or not, who happens to be looking at either the Who's Online list or someone's profile (if they happen to be PMing) can see the names of the users that PMs are being sent to (or received from).

    If you don't want people viewing your profile and seeing what you're doing like checking a certain thread, giving someone a pm, etc. Then put yourself in invisible mode. But I think this will only work for standard members, except the staff. Other than that, you get some privacy.

    If you want to do this:

    1. Go to your User CP.
    2. Click on "Edit Options"
    3. At the top, you'll see a check box for "Use Invisible Mode". If you do that, people can't view what your doing.
    4. Don't forget to save the changes you've made.

    Well, if you're invisible, that stops regular members from seeing what you're up to, but staff can still view it.

    We do have some semblances of lives though, so I wouldn't worry about privacy as far as PMs go. o_o; It's not like we sit there staring at the Who's Online page just to see who's PMing who. (Well, as far as I know, anyway. XDD)

    People can see who you are PMing if you aren't in invisible mode. However, it doesn't really matter that much if people see who you're PMing, does it? They can't actually see the content of your PM…

    I think it really doesn't matter, if they see who you're PMing and not the contents then that's fine with me
