    The way the Admins have the mods completly confuses me. You look in Graphics and Photography and you find Pincushion and Forest Grovyle are the mods there. But then look at other clubs, member clubs, and Mixed Community groups. they only have Midori Chi as thier mod and they have WAY more post than G & P. Why is that?
     
    To Naminé's experience, some high staffs are promoted, yet their activity remains in the forum which they used to mod locally. Hence, if a high staff is known to reside there, then it also contributes as a mod who is in power. Sometimes, one needs to take into account the traffic in the forum as well. Some forums are relatively dead silent, while others are busy with numerous posts per day.

    For example, Naminé frequents the Pokemon fanfic forum, yet it has no mod there. That is because two high staffs, Ms. Lily and Mr. Akinari continues to browse through the forum on a frequent basis. It is rather quiet as well, since it is rather fortunate to see 2 new posts in one day. Probably, there is no need for another new mod in such particular forum~
     
    Sammi was a mod of clubs, and was recently promoted. They haven't gotten around to replacing her I guess. :/

    Edit: Wait, nvm. Hehe, Sammi was in polls... not clubs. @_@ Too many OT forums to keep straight.

    As far as I know FG doesn't really set foot in the G&F forum (that's why Pincushion is there). When you Mod someone in a forum they also get Modded in it's Sub-Forums. And I think Sammi still goes to the MCG forums.

    All forums doesn't need two Mods. If MCG doesn't need two Mods we won't get another. If you got one good Mod and other Higher Staff looking into the forum tons of Staff in that forum isn't needed.
     
    As for the RP forum, Bloodfire may be the only mod in there, but Axel looks after them as well, even though he's an AA now.

    OC already has two mods... and almost all the higher staff peek in there all the time, so I don't think we don't need any more there. o.o

    And I don't know much about Funtime.
     
    Well, as far as I know, MCG hasn't ever had too many problems in terms of members misbehaving or threads appearing in the wrong spots that would require a ton of modding. o__o But then I'm hardly ever in that forum so I don't know, things could be different now. o.o

    As it has been stated before, just because a forum doesn't have moderators in it doesn't mean it isn't being moderated. The higher staff may claim to be lazy bums, but they still do work on PC, so they're watching over forums like MCG. XD

    We know it can use a Mod, we get around too ya know. XD

    Them threads don't add on to post count and it does have sort of a meaning behind it so it's not hurting anything.
     
    Pincushion and the other sub-forum mods are there to specialise in their areas.

    And that's true, Arcy - I'll visit G&P if I get a report, but my main priority is the main Art Gallery forum - same with Pixel Art/Trainer Cards. :)

    Arcanine -- I only go to my fanclub and maybe a few more. I answer reports there, since I do know the rules there, but I don't acutally look over MCG. @@ I look over OVP.
