OK, so for this tourney, we got assigned random Mono teams and I got Psychic. I'm against a Fire team, but they let us play friendly matches there first, so I have a good idea of what to counter.

Basically, my opponent hax SD Charizard / WoW Moltres / SD Blaziken / Camerupt / Major-setup Torkoal / Houndoom (My only real worry)

    Metagross @ Leftovers ** Criss-Cross
    Trait: Clear Body
    EVs: 170 HP / 252 Atk / 88 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Agility
    - Explosion
    - Meteor Mash
    - Rock Slide

    Leads off, provides Physical offence.

    Celebi @ Leftovers ** Celebee
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 176 Spd / 82 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Heal Bell
    - Leech Seed
    - Hidden Power [Water]
    - Recover

Celebi, should be pretty obvious. HP Water is because he uses Fire types and Psychic and Giga Drain are thus kinda pointless as I get walled by his Houndoom.

    Mr. Mime (F) @ Leftovers ** Transvestite
    Trait: Soundproof
    EVs: 204 HP / 236 Spd / 70 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Barrier
    - Baton Pass
    - Calm Mind
    - Psychic

OK, well he's my favourite Psychicer, so I thought I'd Defence myself up and CM a little for Alakazam.

    Claydol @ Leftovers ** Four-Eyes
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 236 HP / 36 Atk / 84 Def / 56 SAtk / 98 SDef
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Rapid Spin
    - Rock Slide

RS for Zard and Tres, and then just basically spins

    Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers ** Wize Man
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Encore
    - Psychic
    - Thunderpunch

EncoreZam, trying to use it when something with Haze or something phazes him, so I can BP and then Encore

    Slowking (M) @ Leftovers ** I AM FAT
    Trait: Own Tempo
    EVs: 148 HP / 160 SAtk / 200 SDef
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Calm Mind
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest

I put this in to Counter Houndoom (Bro takes about ~50% from Crunch).

I'm thinking about Cham, but what to go over?

    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide

Not really good at Claydol, that's the best I can do.

    Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers ** Wize Man
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Changes in Bold. I rate 8.5/10

    Erm...

    Zam doesn't get IB

    Claydol can't have two EQs.

Why should I change my Celebi when I need a staller?

Why should I put EQ on Meta when RS covers pretty much everything that EQ does?

There's only one question here, really: why on earth is Lugialord still rating teams? xP I've said it before and I'll say it again; don't listen to him. Really, he's got a whole lot of things horribly wrong and can't seem to grasp the concept that there is more than one build for Celebi out there. -.-

Anyway, my thoughts on your team...

Nyah, I've never been fond of Metagross leads as everyone and his friend comes with Fire Blast these days. Anyways, Earthquake > Rock Slide on Agiligross. You do need the power.

    Celebi @ Leftovers ** Celebee

I don't know much about Celebi and it's EVs, but it looks fine to me.

    Mr. Mime (F) @ Leftovers ** Transvestite

    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

Ooohkay...I don't think this one is going to work. o.O It's going to run out of HP and get status attacked to kingdom come before you managed to set up much, and there's not much point in passing Barriers to Zam anyway. If you're that concerned about physical defense then stick Reflect on your Claydol instead.

    Claydol @ Leftovers ** Four-Eyes
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 236 HP / 36 Atk / 84 Def / 56 SAtk / 98 SDef
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Rapid Spin/Rest
    - Rock Slide/Rest

RS for Zard and Tres, and then just basically spins

Not cool, this is your only real physical wall so you'll need Rest to make it work. There's really not much point with your Charizard/Moltres paranoia since Slowking should be enough to scare them away. Anyway, Spikes are really an overrated hazard too, I've used many teams without a spinner and they worked just fine. Whatever the case, get Rest in there.

    Alakazam (M) @ Leftovers ** Wize Man
    Trait: Synchronize
    EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Encore
    - Psychic
    - Thunderpunch

EncoreZam, trying to use it when something with Haze or something phazes him, so I can BP and then Encore.

Nyah-ha...too bad that the initial reaction to Zam is usually straight out physical offensive, eh? You could try replacing Calm Mind with Substitute to make it work against status attackers, expanding Encore's usefulness.

    Slowking (M) @ Leftovers ** I AM FAT
    Trait: Own Tempo
    EVs: 148 HP / 160 SAtk / 200 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Calm Mind
    - Surf
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest

Why Relaxed when you don't need Attack for anything? Bold, please.

Some of your pokémon choices seem kind of dubious to me, why on earth haven't you put Jynx in there? It's one of the haxiest leads I've ever used and a serious treath with CMing (Moreso than Alakazam since Jynx has access to Lovely Kiss) and would certainly worked better than that half-arsed Mr.Mime. Starmie is also a very powerful sweeper and certainly works when it comes to keeping Houndoom out of the picture. Granted, it doesn't work as a switch-in, but you sure don't see many Houndoom's switching in on a Starmie, do you? It could also serve as a Spinner instead of Claydol, liberating a much-needed move slot for Rest. These are just my thoughts, though, it's a nice attempt overall. ^^
