Move Passing

After a few practice battles, I started to get my team together. I began EV training (might get an action replay to duplicate berries-I can't stand growing them, but not for anything else) but I was just wondering about TM moves through breeding. For example, I don't see Energy Ball as an egg move for Oddish, but I see it as a TM move, so I teach it to the male. When the egg hatches (with two Oddish as the parents) will the offspring have Energy Ball?

Thanks for that straight-to-the-point answer. It doesn't take alot of words to say yes. I asume that all moves copatible with TM can be transfered through breeding.

And after reading about the Action Replay, I won't buy it, too risky. I guess I gotta grow the berries the old fashioned slow & painful way.
