One note, is there a way besides trading people who give it too your Pokemon to even HAVE earthquake more than once? Because I no longer HAVE aerial ace and earthquake.

FlyFire Fang/Ice Fang to cover Grass or Ice weaknesses.
Dig/Earthquake
Roost
Night Slash/Cross Poison/X-scissor

Nature Bold/Ability Obilivious

I would give it a stat enhancing or annoyr move. Something like Toxic, attract or Rest, and with that nature I'd use Sp. Atk over Atk.

Draco Meteor This should be attack, or you could try a Stealth Rock/Roar combination
I'm not very familiar with Garchomp, it looks okay....

Nature Adamant/Ability Flash Fire
FlameThrower Try Flame Wheel or Flare Blitz instead
Hyper Beam Giga Impact if you want a Hyper Beam kind of move, you could try DoubleEdge
Will 'O' Wisp
Solarbeam Iron Tail maybe, or a stat enhaning/annoyer move
Rapidash has much better attack

Nature Adamant/Jolly/Ability Pressure
Night Slash
Ice Beam Ice Punch is much better for Weavile
Revenge
X-Scissor you don't need it, Night Slash covers Psychic and Ice Punch takes down all grass types. Sue Aerial ace instead.
