What do you mean by 'when'? You can post an MP3 file anytime. Just attach it to your post. But just dont to it in a spammy way.ravenstorture

Illegal programs such as Emule, Kazaa, and Limewire. Those are programs that are used to download things, like music, illegally and for free.ravenstorture
