MS Paint problem

My transparent thing isn't working when I use it for a trapinch sprite the white thing won't go away but for a torchic sprite it will I don't know whats going on ??

Is the background of the Trapinch sprite pure white or is the left-click color pure white?
Other than that, I cant think of why. But I've had that happen before to me.

Try going: CTRL-I(Invert colours) Make the background ALL black, Then go CTRL-I again.

...assuming he means MS Paint, as indicated in his thread title, Paint doesn't support transparency. o_O If you're using the selection tool, make sure the background colour in your palette is the background colour of the sprite. Maybe you should just give us a better idea of what you were doing, or give us a screenshot? ^^;; My first suggestion is that you right-click on white in the palette before pasting~

If you must make something in Paint, you can't transparent-ize it, so save it, open it in IrfanView and then save as GIF or PNG with a transparent colour.

*zooms on on sprite and tries moving it with transparent selection, has same problem, then zooms in to maximum*
Well, now THERE'S Your problem.
The Trapinch background's a very light grey, color it to white and your problem should be solved.

?? I think my paint is screwed for ever cause I tried that and nu uh I'll try getting the sprites from a different place
