MSN issues

For some reason MSN is having issues where you log in and you start talking to a friend but then you get that error message saying your messages didnt go through. After you log out it takes a while to log you back in.

Could it be a technical difficulty?

There are known issues like this, but AFAIK it's a client problem. I could be wrong though.

Client problem - WLM has been having problems sending/receiving messages at some times for some people (it happens to me every now and then) and I haven't found a fix. :(

Yeah....I have been getting the same problem...I even upgraded to the latest beta hoping to find the problem fixed....but alas! It still happens....and sometimes it wont even deliver messages to my friends who use Yahoo! messenger which really sucks....

Essentially you could try an alternative client (AMSN, Trillian, etc.) or an older version.

Older version looks like your best bet, I think - I didn't have problems until I upgraded to WLM from MSNM.

Apparently the new beta just came out, has anyone tested with that and checked if it fixes the bug yet?

Knowing Microsoft, if it does work they won't put the fix in the final version. :P

yes I've downloaded the beta and it does fix the problem...somewhat....I still get that error once in a while but the messages go through....
