So I'm trying to find a way to break the living crap out of Fastbond. This idea's probably been done before, but here, I'll give it a try.

    -6- Creatures

    -4- Lotus Cobra
    -2- Grazing Gladeheart

    -30- Other Spells

    -4- Fastbond
    -2- Lifegift
    -4- Summoner's Pact
    -4- Brainstorm
    -2- Stroke of Genius
    -2- Serum Powder
    -4- Braingeyser
    -4- Ponder
    -4- Demonic Tutor

    -24- Lands

-4- Oboro, Palace in the Clouds
    -4- Simic Growth Chamber
    -4- Dimir Aqueduct
    -10- Forest
    -1- Swamp
    -1- Island

The basis of the deck is to use Fastbond, the bouncelands and Lotus Cobra to kill your opponent very quickly; at best by your second turn.

I know I'm missing a few things. Let me know what those things are.

Deck just needs to assemble cobra/fastbond with a card drawer to draw something like 10-12 cards. I'm sure you can find the rest of your pieces by then. So with that:

    -4 Banefire, -2 hatchery, -4 fireball, -2 gladeheart, -4 serpent, -2 forest, -4 Gruul turf

    +4 brainstorm, +4 ponder, +2 stroke of genius/mind spring, +2 serum powder, +4 demonic tutor, +1 island, +1 swamp, +4 dimir aqueduct

Throw in fetches if you have the money to fix for black more readily. You should aggressively mulligan into at least 1 or 2 pieces of the deck to start. Once you have that down pat, you should ponder/brainstorm first turn to dig for what you need. Ponder shuffles away stuff if it's not good, but brainstorm gets better if you have fetchlands.

Remember, your combo is cobra/fastbond. The rest of the combo isn't needed until you go infinite, which would happen after you draw like 10-12 cards, which should get you to a gladeheart or a lifegift more readily. Alternatively, you can do 1 lifegift for 3 gladehearts (since you have pact tutors), but gladehearts are more vulnerable.
