I got the new SliPKnoT CD last night!!! WOOHOO!!! I got Duality on my mp3 player...and I "found" The Heretic Anthem by "accident" just a few minutes ago XD I'm on this awesome SliPKnoT site...anyone want the URL PM me...
About the new CD...the best tracks on there in my opinion are: Duality, Vermilion and Vermilion PT. 2...what does everyone else think?

Slipknot rawks! I downloaded Duality about 2 days after the day I first heard it XD It's so awesome.
A couple of hours ago, I went to the official My Chemical Romance and heard two amaxing songs from their new CD that I havent heard before! the songs are "Helena" and "Thank You For The Venom"! Those are my two new favorite songs! XD Now, I am definately gonna get the CD! (Even though I always was gonna et it XD)
Also, I somehow stumbled across a site (I forgot how I got there XD) and saw that My Chemical Romance is going to perform in New York! Being that I live in New York, I freaked out XD But then i saw it said that I have to at least 16 to sing up to get tickets. Then my heart just DROPPED. And then I said to myself that I'll get my mom to do it! So I got happy again! But when I called her, she said that she's working on the day the perform, so my heart dropped again XD But then when she came home from work, I showed her the site. And she did what she needed to do, to sign up for the tickets. And she said that if we get the tickets, she'll take the day off work! Sweetness! I might go to see MCR!! *breakdances* XD

Slipknot... holy wow, i'm choking on my own vomit, excuse me. I personally don't like nu-metal garbage, because nu-metal is horrible and isn't even metal (Hence, nu-metal). But Anatomy Of A Ghost is amazing, i was so sad when they broke up last year. John's voice is prehaps the most amazing in the whole emo/emocore scene, with some wicked high screams.

Personally, I'm more into Gothic music. My favourite bands right now have gotta be Nightwish and Within Temptation. They both have wicked female leads, and amazing instrumental bases.
And of course, can't forget my all time favourite - Evanescence. :)
Some of the music on the emo scene isn't bad either, though it's definitely not my preference...

Call me stupid or something but I listen to U2. A lot of people have opinions on that band...they say they suck or they say they rock... I do wonder how come they say they suck even though they had more than two decades of success all around the world. I reason out that everyone has a different taste of music and I respect everyone's opinion on music...
Anyways... I saw the new U2 video (All Because Of You) where they had that surprise concert in downtown Manhattan. They were playing while a truck was driving through the streets... It's kinda like the video for "Where the Streets Have No Name"

I'm not into U2 very much, i only ever liked one of their songs and i can't even remember the name of it, they are a good band after all they've been around for a couple of years.
I think slipknot are kinda weird but i do like the song "vermillion" i like the video to that, it's really good.
Everyone has their own taste, so technically no music made is horrible (unless the whole entire world hates the song :dead: )

You and me both but I'm not really into emo, I'm more into goth, dark ambience, dark wave, dark industrial and some industrial, celtic, medieval and few goth metal. My favorite are Gothminister and NightWish.
