    Thunderbolt
    Will o Wisp

    Heracross
    Brick Break
    Megahorn
    Swords Dance
    Rock Slide

    Flygon
    Earthquake
    Fire Punch
    Rock Slide
    Substitute

So thats it.. Also be sure to mention if the frame of my team is of (do i need a hazer, rapid spinner etc?)

Congrats on a successful first post. A few things though. Please make sure to indicate what type of team this is. Is it in-game? NetBattle? Link battle?

Also, please include the nature, trait, and held item of all of your Pokes, to make sure you are taking full advantage of your moveset. Including EVs would also be extremely helpful, if possible.

As for your team, fixes, suggestions, and incoherent ramblings in bold:
This is my first team so i know for a fact it sucks. Please rate/ fix. Here goes...

Metagross @ Leftovers / Choice Band
    Trait: Clear Body
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Agility / Shadow Ball
    - Earthquake
    - Meteor Mash
    - Explosion

Good moveset. Agiligross is an excellent choice. I prefer CBgross, but that is just me.

    Tyranitar @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - Taunt

Just be wary that Taunt is effective more in competitive battling, than against the pathetic AI.

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Trait: Marvel Scale
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

    - Hypnosis / Sleep Talk
    - Ice Beam / Toxic
    - Recover / Rest
    - Surf

I really like Sleep Talk Milotic, especially in competitive battling, where you can absorb status and still attack while sleeping.

Gengar @ Leftovers / Shell Bell
    Trait: Levitate
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)

    - Destiny Bond / Will-O-Wisp
    - Ice Punch
    - Thunderbolt
    - Fire Punch

I would choose either Destiny Bond or WOW, not both. That limits Gengar's effectiveness a bit too much for my taste.

    Heracross @ Leftovers
    Trait: Guts
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk

    - Brick Break / Rock Slide
    - Megahorn
    - Swords Dance / Rest
    - Rock Slide / Sleep Talk

Heracross is another great Sleep Talker. Rest activates its Guts Trait, and now it can cause much pain to many different Pokes.

Flygon @ Leftovers / Choice Band
    Trait: Levitate
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

    - Earthquake
    - Fire Blast
    - Rock Slide
    - Substitute / Quick Attack

Blast over Punch. CBgon can work quite well.

So thats it.. Also be sure to mention if the frame of my team is of (do i need a hazer, rapid spinner etc?)
A Hazer/Rapid Spinner/Phazer would only be necessary on a competitive team. Either Tyranitar or Metagross can be replaced with perhaps Forretress or Claydol.

You did a pretty good job assuming natures, traits, and held items for my team. Also thx for the fixing ill be sure to try them. Btw my team is supposed to be competetive team, i know that u dont actually need a advanced team for the ai battles. On a serperate note does anybody think that this team could fair well in the 4th gen, I know its a bit early but if any of u can give an educated prediction that would be extremely helful.

If anyone didn't catch that, it's an in-game team, from my interpretation.

Nah thats just my terrible wording its not supposed to be an ingame team sorry for the confusion
