My final team I used at an event

Just listing down a team I used before. I was pretty happy how it preformed. I would like some hints/tips of how it could of been better( no changing of pokemon). This team was made in less than 3 days so some of the pokemon do not have great natures. Also included are observations I made as well.

It is also the first team I attempted to EV train, but only managed to train them loosely (just avoiding pokemon that get EV points I didn't need and seitching locations when i thought that i needed points for other stats)

All of the pokemon mewntion (unless otherwise mentioned) are at lv. 50

Species/Gender: Hitmonchan, Male
Nature: Impish
Ability: Iron Fist
Item it held: Shell Bell - This didn't really come in handy very often unfortunately
Moves: Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Drain Punch, Detect

Notes: This one performed rather well but just didn't have the striking power to OHKO most.

Name: Soulflame
Species/Gender: Ninetales, Male
Nature: Sassy - Couldn't breed one with a better nature in time, the nature did not clash horribly but it did work against me

Moves: Flamethrower, Hypnosis (The person who suggested to me to use this move I thank you, it worked very well indeed), Energy Ball, Nasty Plot

Notes: The best performer overall, This one managed to sweep away 3 pokemon in a row. Then again anyone that teaches Weavile Dark Pulse might need to get thier head reexamined, It did only 15 damage and thats after taking a meavy hit from a Machamp earlier. All in all in that 3 on 3 match he was left with only 9 HP, after trashing 3 pokemon :) Also had a comment from a friend that me and my Ninetales were "evil"

Moves: Aurora Beam (Ice beam was to be here but didn't have the team, unfortunately), Surf, Aqua Ring, Fake Tears

Sp. Atk: 125 (Remarkably high IMO, i really should of evolved this one into a Jolteon or Espeon instead, me thinks)

Notes: Was the only pokemon I didn't use that day.

Nature: Timid
Ability: Inner Focus
Item it held: Destiny Knot
Moves: Me First (Steller move vs. slower pokemon, I actually almost KO'ed a Rhyperior with this), Water Pulse (Would of been more useful if the fire pokemon I faced weren't so damned fast), Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse

Notes: Needs some work. It was KO'ed the most of all of my pokemon and didn'y beat any others, however it provided to oppetunity for my Ninetales to to KO 3 in a row.

Notes: Only showed up once and was OHKO by a Surf Attack. However would of been useful in the my 4th battle in which I got pwned.
