    Roserade [F] @ None
    Trait; Natural Cure
Modest Nature [+ Sp. Att, - Att]
    - Toxic
    - Leaf Storm
    - Synthesis
    - Filler / Unknown

Okay. I was going to go for Poison Point as the trait, but decided against it because of Toxic. Mostly just a Toxistaller... But I couldn't find ANY Sp. Att boosters for Roserade! Grr!

    Piplup [F] @ None
    Trait; Torrent
Mild Nature [+ Sp. Att, - Def]
    - Stat Booster
    - Brine / Surf?
    - Mist
    - Rock Tomb

Rock Tomb to KO all those pesky Electric-Types like Shinx and Luxray. I always keep my starter at the first stage, because I HATE Empoleon.
Anyway, Because Piplup can have up to 243 Sp. Att, plus Brine with 65 base power and x2... 130 Base Damage. Yeah. Not as good as Leafeon / Treasure, but a start.

    Leafeon [F] @ None [+ Att, - Sp. Def]
    Trait; Leaf Guard
    - Sunny Day
    - Solar Beam
    - Last Resort
    - Stat Booster / Filler

WHY ARE THERE NO STAT BOOSTERS?! Good Cheese. Anyway, I thought that I may as well take advantage of Leaf Guard and give Leafeon the Solar Combo, as I like to call it. And Last Resort [I liked the name Treasure better...] 130 Base + 350 Attack = Killer.

    Togekiss [F] @ None
    Trait; Serene Grace
Relaxed Nature [+ Def, - Spd]
    - Light Screen
    - Phychic
    - Rest
    - Protect / Nasty Plot

Phychic is in there for a Filler. Mostly a Tank...

    Manaphy [?] @ None
    Trait; Hydration
Modest Nature [+ Sp. Att, - Att]
    - Surf
    - Calm Mind / Tail Glow?
    - Phychic
    - Ice Beam

That's right, I'm getting Manaphy! We have Pokemon Ranger, and my brother wants Phione. I didn't bother telling him that there's a stat difference...
I decided not to use Rain Dance, even with Hydration, because Manaphy dosn't learn Thunder. And 1.5x isn't much.

Ouch, centerd text makes me cry ='(
    Roserade [F] @ None
    Trait; Natural Cure
Timid Nature [+ Spd, - Att]
    - Toxic
    - Leaf Storm
    - Aromatherapy
    - Leech Seed / Sleep Powder

Okay. I was going to go for Poison Point as the trait, but decided against it because of Toxic. Mostly just a Toxistaller... But I couldn't find ANY Sp. Att boosters for Roserade! Grr!
Well, if you're trying to ToxiStall with this, you'll need to be running Timid Nature.

    Piplup [F] @ None
    Trait; Torrent
Mild Nature [+ Sp. Att, - Def]
    - Stat Booster
    - Brine / Surf?
    - Mist
    - Rock Tomb

Anyway, Because Piplup can have up to 243 Sp. Att, plus Brine with 65 base power and x2... 130 Base Damage. Yeah. Not as good as Leafeon / Treasure, but a start.
...and just why are you using only Piplup? You should be using Empoleon.

    Leafeon [F] @ Life Orb
Jolly Nature [+ Spd, - Sp. Atk]
    Trait; Leaf Guard
    - Leaf Blade
    - X-Scissor
    - Synthesis
    - Swords Dance

WHY ARE THERE NO STAT BOOSTERS?! Good Cheese. Anyway, I thought that I may as well take advantage of Leaf Guard and give Leafeon the Solar Combo, as I like to call it. And Last Resort [I liked the name Treasure better...] 130 Base + 350 Attack = Killer.
Leafeon does NOT need to be SunnyBeaming, especially if it's only running off of 60 Base SAtk =/. Give it Jolly Nature, run with 300+ Speed, and you'll be good to go. Except Sceptile kind of does this better since he gets Earthquake and has like a crapload more speed.

    Togekiss [F] @ None
    Trait; Serene Grace
Timid Nature [+ Spd, - Atk]
    - Reflect
    - Air Slash
    - Roost
    - Wish

Phychic is in there for a Filler. Mostly a Tank...
You need to be taking advantage of its Serene Grace Ability. Air Slash has a base 30% chance of flinching. Double it and it becomes 60%, which is pretty damn scary for the enemy. If you're looking to tank with it, run with Reflect, and a lot of HP.

    Manaphy [?] @ None
    Trait; Hydration
Timid Nature [+ Spd, - Att]
    - Surf
    - Tail Glow
    - Grass Knot

Manaphy is one of the ONLY Pokemon Grass will be useful on since it's so lightweighted. Run with Timid, some HP EVs, and build up to 300 Speed and this thing becomes a sweeping demon.
Get rid of Piplup, since you already have a Sweeping water type. Replace him with Rhyperior since you're in desperate need of a team wrecking ball.

    Rhyperior (M) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Solid Rock
    EVs: 132 HP / 216 Atk / 160 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -Sp.Atk)
    - Megahorn
    - Stone Edge
    - Earthquake / Focus Punch
    - Substitute
With the Solid Rock Ability, he's a little difficult to take out. And him attacking running off of 140 Base attack is scary enough in itself.

And since you don't have a 6th Pokemon, what I can suggest would be Uxie.

    Uxie @ Leftovers
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 216 HP / 136 Def / 156 Sp. Def
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Stealth Rock
    - Light Screen
    - Thunder Wave
    - Psychic
Yeah, I don't have any better ideas for it. I just wanted to make it Spike-Styled.
