umm.......dude....im the one that made the sprite...and you cant find them ANYWHERE you just find them like regular pokemon!!

yah if u have ruby/sapphire/leafgreen/firered u will eventually find a shiny pkmn. u basically walk around the grass a LOOOONG time and you'll find a differently colored pkmn like a silver treecko or somethin
