You did a good job on the overall composition and shading but I can only give ya so many points on default poses of those pokemon, I give em' both 7.5/10.

The drawings are good, but it's obvious that you traced them from the official poses. It would have been cooler if you made your own pose up, like having Totodile shooting a water gun, and Dratini doing...something :p But the drawing is still good. 7/10
