well i think it's not bad for in game pokemon. for competitive battling you'd want to replace endure with substitute, and either hp rock or megahorn with swords dance. i personally go with megahorn+reversal+sub+swordsdance and it works awesomely.

Well, you can use Rock Slide over Swords Dance, but he already has HP [Rock]. Also; as everyone else said replace Endure with Substitute.
