Also, if you're making a Special Sweeping Luke, you'll want a +SAtk nature, like Modest.

Those IVs are ok, its a pity about the nature.
Ingame- Its great, but then again isnt everything
Wifi- I dont think it will be too successful. The majority of serious players here breed for nature and IVs, making those who dont seem very below par.

alright so if i breed my lucario the ivs get passed down right... so if i manage to get it a good sp atk nature and luckily get it wit the 30 sp atk i should be ok... also i have a mild riolu is that good?

Well, one of each pokemon sends down one IV.. So you may be unlucky the first few times, and get the def IV, or you may get the wrong nature.. It takes a while to breed for them. Good luck.

alright i got a mild riolu so that should be a good sp atk nature... but i need a fast way to get rare candies and i dont have a high level picker uper pokemon

Mild lucario's are good. He's moves are ok, but there's nothing that lets sp.atk go up.
