I finally have an NB team! (I have it on my cousin's computer so I still can't play much), but I developed one just the same and won one and lost one.

    Blaziken@Salac Berry
    Lonely nature(ATK+/DEF-)
    F/Thrower
    Reversal
    Endure
    Rock Slide
    EVs: 252 ATK, 252 SA, 6 SPD

    Espeon@Lax Incense
    Modest nature(SA+/ATk-)
    Psychic
    HP Ice
    Reflect
    Morning Sun
EVs: 252 SPD, 252 SA, 6 DEF(with Reflect it is 12 extra DEF)

    Charizard@Peyata
    Mild nature(SA+/DEF-)
    Endure
    F/Thrower
    D Claw
    HP Dark
    EVs: 252 SPD, 252 SA, 6 SD
    (Peyata is SA+ I hope)

    Jolteon@Brightpowder
    Timid Nature(SPD+/ATK-)
    T/Bolt
    HP Grass
    T/Wave
    Helping Hand
    EVs: 252 SPD, 252 SA, 6 SD

    Groudon@Shell Bell
    Rash nature(SA+/SD-)
    Eruption
    Solarbeam
    EQ
    Rock Slide
    EVs: 252 ATK, 129 SA, 129 SPD

If Peyata is SA+ with Endure, Peyata+Blaze+F/Thrower is an effective combo. Placed Acc- items because of lack of attack-boosting items(they take place fo Black Belt, etc.)

    Jolly blazkien.And fireblast > flamethrower

    Espeon[calm]@leftovers
    EVs - 196 HP,154 SpDef,160 Sp.
    psychic
    calm mind
    substitute
    baton pass/HP water

espyjump is cool, except u really don't have much to jump too...Unless u jump to groudon too make it extra Uber.

    Jolteon[timid]@leftovers
EVs - max Sp and SpAtt rest in hp
    substitute
    thunderbolt
    HP grass
    thunderwave/baton pass

    Groudon[adamant]@leftovers
EVs - max hp, Sp, Att,Def
    sword dance
    earthquake
    substitute
    rockslide

    U have enough fire types...

Jolly Blaziken? SPD+/SA-? I don't think so. Naive maybe, or Hasty, but not Jolly.
If I do that, Flamethrower loses power. That is why I hate Adamant Charizards with a passion.

Also, why no Eruption on Groudon? Eruption is a very powerful move(also a SC) with p-STAB.
SC means Self Cover, a move that kills its own weakness(as HP Grass is on Jolty)

I find that Reflect Espy works very well. Espy has an avg-hi SD, but an avg-lo DEF. Giving it an x2 in DEF can't hurt. And what is Espyjump anyway?

Maybe Fire Blast is>F/Thrower. I still prefer FT.

No. Max attack is ok, but give it a hasty nature, and enough speed EVs to reach a 264 speed stat. Put the rest in sp.attack. Reversal doesn't work well in OU anyway, because of the huge amount of Tyranitars out there. Even if you have Groudon, t-tar can still switch in and KO it with the sandstorm when it is at 1 hp.

    Espeon@Lax Incense
    Modest nature(SA+/ATk-)
    Psychic
    HP Ice
    Reflect
    Morning Sun
EVs: 252 SPD, 252 SA, 6 DEF(with Reflect it is 12 extra DEF)

Timid nature, Calm Mind > Reflect, Baton Pass > HP Ice, Substitute > Morning Sun. Reflect could work on it tho, but IMO, it has better things to do. Lax Incense and hax items like that are banned btw. @Leftovers is the way to go.

    Charizard@Peyata
    Mild nature(SA+/DEF-)
    Endure
    F/Thrower
    D Claw
    HP Dark
    EVs: 252 SPD, 252 SA, 6 SD
    (Peyata is SA+ I hope)

Special Zard doesn't work that well imo. But if you really want to try it, then go with Modest, since it doesn't have any physical attacks anyway, and HP Grass > HP Dark, to actually do some damage to water types.

    Jolteon@Brightpowder
    Timid Nature(SPD+/ATK-)
    T/Bolt
    HP Grass
    T/Wave
    Helping Hand
    EVs: 252 SPD, 252 SA, 6 SD

Helping Hand is useless in 1vs1 battles. T-wave?! Jolteon can't really take any sorts of hits, so T-wave doesn't work well on him. If you really want to use Jolteon, then go with Baton Pass and Substitute over T-wave and Helping Hand. Like I said, hax items like Brightpowder are banned. Use Leftovers instead.

    Groudon@Shell Bell
    Rash nature(SA+/SD-)
    Eruption
    Solarbeam
    EQ
    Rock Slide
    EVs: 252 ATK, 129 SA, 129 SPD

wtf? Groudon on an OU team? People will ***** about it, but meh. Solarbeaming Groudon doesn't work at all, and if you have to use a fire attack on it, go with Overheat, and Swords Dance > Solarbeam and he needs that Leftovers recovery, so Leftovers>Shell bell. EVs are a bit messed up btw.
Next time, use File <--- Export to text, so you won't have to write that much, and it'll be easier to read.

    Also, where's your 6th pokemon? ._.

Anyway, boah can give problems to half of your team, so be careful of that.

    Well, I hope this helps.

And Espy can devastate with Reflect. It gives it resistance to its biggest weakness, Phy attacks. Actually I challenge you to use an e4 Espy(Psychic, HP, Reflect, Morning Sun) on an NB team and see how well it works. Lead off with Reflect and replace it when it runs out.

A water attack using pokemon on the same team with Groudon... ._.
You know that Drought reduces water attacks' power, no? But w/e.

Well, most of the time, people will send out their Tyranitars against Espy, if they have it on their team of course. Boah's Sand Stream reduces the amount of hp, Morning Sun would recover. Boah is immune to Psychic, and HP Ice won't do nearly anything against it. Even with Reflect, something like Metagross will still do more damage to Espeon, than it would recover with Morning Sun while being protected by reflect, or if not, then MS will run out of PP after a while anyway. =/
Although you can switch out against them, but I'm just telling you why Reflect won't be that useful on the set, since people don't always send out physical sweepers against something like Espeon, and if they do, Metagross and other ph.sweepers will eventually kill it, even with a reflect up. Calm Mind would work better on that 'sweeping' Espy over Reflect, and would help alot more in my opinion.

Why not use Spec Zard? Zard's SA is higher than its ATK. And it learns flameclaw, an attack combo that scores a neutral hit or better on everyone.

AND WHAT THE H*** IS ESPYJUMP?

Also, if you lead out with Poliwrath, Drought has 0 effect on it.

Would Wish be more effective than MS for Espy?

zard gets crunch IIRC and espy jump to a mixed zard would sweep

Can Zard learn Crunch? I knew it got Bite, but I didn't think Crunch.
