3rd Gen My Ouya's flash drive died with my Pokemon game saves on it, luckily I had them backed up earlier but...

    When I redownloaded them from Google Drive and put them on the new flash drive the saves could not be read, I am using the GBA.emu emulator. What can be done to get them to get the old game saves up and running from where I left off?
