    There are too many Pokes to even attempt to rate. Not only do you need item help, but moveset help as well. If you seriously want help, please select 6-8 from this list.
     
    Wow! A lot of pokemon. Yeah, I will only rate or recommend up to 6 pokemon. Some of them don't look to good.

    Give Leftovers to everything, but you can give a Choice Band to Ho-oh, Heracross, Aerodactyl, and Salamence. Latios can use Soul Dew.
