All HMs are useless in battle besides Surf. False Swipe won't come in much handy with Scyther, and Surf over Bubble Beam on Suicune. Night shade is fail on a lv 36 Haunter, put a better move on it. I would say train up your last 4 Pokemon a little more and you'll be able to get through.

Should i catch a higher level Onix in victory road or something?

or a graveller?

I guess if you want you could catch another one, it's easier to just train them though.

Wouldnt it be easier to train one thats at a higher level?

and where can i get the TM for dig?
