4th Gen My Team Vs Ice Gym ( Platinum )

I know im gonna fail at this gym so much when i get to it. I want to prepare before i get there, It was such a struggle with my Pearl game but i eventually beat it, I cannot remember how I eat it so im gonna have to try it again for my Platinum. I Need Hints And Tips Please I Will Take All Suggestions Into Account.
My Team At The Moment :

Torterra Lvl 40 - Moves : Earthquake , Solarbeam , Mega Drain ,Razor Leaf
Staraptor Lvl 38 - Moves : Hyper Beam , Aerial Ace , Fly , Wing Attack
Pachirisus Lvl 37 - Moves : Cut , Spark , Discharge , Super Fang
Skorupi Lvl 30 - Moves : Pin Missile, Rock Smash , Strenght , Toxix Spikes
Staravia Lvl 19- Moves : Quick Attack , Wing Attack , Defog , Endeavor
Quagsire Lvl 29 - Moves : Mud Shot , Slam , Mud Bomb , Surf


Edit : I have a backup plan which is to Download a Magmortar from my Pokemon Battle Revolution but thats only if i continually try and fail, I really dont want to do this as it would feel like cheating. If you have any stratagies you dont want others to know then PM me

Well, for everything but Froslass and Abomasnow, a fighting pokemon or a strong fighting move will easily take them down, especially Sneasals and Weavils.

For Froslass, a strong iron move can take her down, as ice is weak against it, or a strong dark type, as ice is normal against it.

For Abomasnow, you can use an iron, fighting, flying, poison, rock, bug or fighting type against it, but it's pretty defensively strong, so unless you can't get a fire type, use the strongest moves you have from those categories, as a fire type will easily destroy it.

Or you can just train your Pokémon to a decent enough level that beating Candice will be a synch, which is generally what you should do in-game. Pick your faves and level them efficiently, you will complete the game with ease.
