Well before i begin i must tell you people that i am a wee bit sort of newbie. And this is my first attempt to care about making a perfect kinda team , i need help pointing out my team's weaknessess and please rate it out of 5 if you want to .. also please tell me if i should change the movesets of a pokemon.

    Here's My Team.

    1) Sceptile @ Leftovers
    Timid-Overgrow-Female
    (Spd-252, SpAtk-252, HP-4)

    Leech Seed (stab)
    Protect
    Substitute
    Giga Drain

Sceptile is my fav annoyer! cuz I simply put up a leech seed after a substitute and then let the seed do its job! :) After a series of Substitutes and protect, when the opponent put scep in a corner, when the foe has very low HP, I strike! Gig Drain!! lol

    2) Starmie @ Leftovers
    Modest-Natural Cure-n/a
    (HP-76, Def-76, Spd-104, SpAttk-176, SpDef-176)

    Thunderwave
    HP (fire)
    Ice Beam
    Psychic (stab)

This is my special sweeper kinda pokemon. The reason I've neglected its speed a bit is coz once I've thunderwaved the foe, he can barely catch up wid my speed! Psychic don't jus have a nice stab but is also very effective against most of the types. Even Ice Beam has a bit advantage over many types! HP fire is for the SURPRISE!! yell! lol (people rarely expect a fire hit from a water pokemon)

    3) Armaldo @ Leftovers
    Adamant-Battle Armor-Male
    (HP-148, Atk-204, Def-56, SpDef-100)

    Protect
    Earthquake
    RockBlast (stab)
    HiddenPower (bug) (stab)

Since this is my slow Physical Sweeper, its gotta have a protect Earthquake give a big bad advantage. Also, HP Bug and Rock Blast give a nasty Stab along wid deadly damage. Basically, Rock blast is my way of countering Substitutes! (specially ninjask)

    4) Lickitung @ Leftovers
    Bold-OwnTempo-Female
    (HP-156, Def-176, SpDef-176)

    Heal Bell
    Toxic
    Protect
    Wish

This is my Healer, Wall, Annoyer and many other things... Toxic poisons most of the pokes (except steel and poison) it can heal itself with that Wish then Protect combo (also, after poisoning, the more turns I waste the better chances of more poison damage or a shift) also, if any poke gets its HP low, then I use Wish then shift onto the low HP pokemon to recover his HP! (my fave way to heal pokes but it doesn't always work out nicely) Also, if any of my pokes get poisoned, burnt, asleep or Frozen or whatever... I bring them back to normal status with Heal bell.

    5) Milotic @ Leftovers
    Calm-Marvel Scale-Female
    (Hp-116, Def-252, SpDef-140)

    Surf
    Mirror Coat
    Protect
    Recover

This one is my ......idk....maybe wall. I haven't put up anything in the sp attack but with stab, surf deals quite a decent damage (sp attck-236). Anyways, I simply use this one when the foe has a Special Sweeper, then I simply predict using protect and then if a hit's coming then Mirror coat to recoil that damage. Recover later.

    6) Scyther @ Salac Berry
    Jolly-Swarm-Male
    (Attk-252, Spd-252, Spdef-4)

    Reversal
    Sword Dance
    Substitute
    Hidden power (rock)

This is my finishing poke. Very few people live long to see this one. I basically pull him out only if everyone else is Dead. My last Resort, my trump! (a gift for u guys on Pokemon Day) What happens is, the total HP of Scyther here is 281 (that is for every substitute, it uses up 70 HP and after 4 subs, it lives on 1HP) Its speed is horendous! so the subs go in 1st. Also, Scyther comes in when the battle's almost over, so (hopefully) the 1HP counter poke of the foe is dead. Here after every sub, if the sub survives, then I use Sword dance. In the end, I'll be like on 1HP with a couple of sword dances up my sleeve and Salac Berry increases the speed (so that no one can catch up)

This Really, Really looks like an Advance team, whatever..

STAB does not apply to a move with 0 base power....

No walls here. SDLuke, Heracross, Tyranitar, Metagross would all walk over this team.

First, I'll critque the movesets. Sceptile should use Grass Knot/Leaf Blade in tandem with Hidden Power Fire/Ice to be an effective subseeder. Sceptile would not deal damage with a 60 BP STAB move.

Hidden Power Fire is not practical, considering that an SE hit from a 70 BP HP Fire:

    70 x 2 = 140 BP

    Compare that with STAB Surf

    95 x 1.5 = 142.5 BP

There is clearly no reason to use HP Fire in Starmie.
Do you think that Starmie would survive long enough to use Thunder Wave? 60/85/85 though decent, is nowhere near stellar, and the prime switchins to Starmie would be Special Walls like Blissey and Snorlax, which do not mind status at all.
Psychic is resisted by almost everything in the game, and hits SE on very few things Starmie would be dealing with.
    Go Surf/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam for moves.

Ditch Armaldo. It is as slow as molasses, and it won't sweep anything as it would be easily revenge-killed. Swords Dance or Rock Polish might work, but overall a sweeper Armaldo in OU is an inferior pokemon. HP Bug is special, albeit off 70 base SpA with an SpA decreasing nature.

I'm not going to comment on Lickitung, since its NFE, and can't wall for nuts.

Mirror Coat on Milotic is once again, inferior on it as it has a variety of superior options over MC + Protect, Ice Beam and Hidden Power Electric to name a few. Milotic can't counter much with Surf alone.
I suggest Hypnosis > Toxic, since Milotic is outclassed as a physical, special and mixed wall in every way.
Vaporeon would work well over Milotic.

Sand Stream and Stealth Rock would hinder Scyther's chances to sweep, 50% shaved off and 6% gone every turn. Ghost types would severely hinder Scyther's chances to sweep, Gengar with its superior base speed, Dusknoir with Shadow Sneak.

You can't just C+P from ADV and expect it to work on D/P.

If this is an ADV team... I don't have experience with ADV but Skarm walls 4/6 of your team. Free Spikes, woohoo.

Yeah this is an advance team. That's why armaldo has HP bug, back then HP could be physical (I wish it could be the same now lol)

Um Curselax sets up on your entire team >_>

you lack a rock resist, and the only two fighting resists are pretty fragile (especially Scyther, who is destroyed trying to take a hit). Try getting rid of dead weight like Sceptile to help.
