    My friend left her MD: Blue game at my house and I was wondering if there is a way to start a new game without first earasing her own data, if I didn't save? I really want to try it out to see if I should my the newer version of the game or not.
     
    I don't know much about MD, but usually in Pokemon games, if you start over and don't save, then turn the game off the original file is fine. In fact, I've heard if you start a new DP game, you can't save until you do something. So, if you start a new game, you should be fine.
     
    In order to start a new game you have to erase the old game file, I'm afraid.
