    i got an email saying New Private Message at The PokéCommunity
    whats that about?
     
    It means you got a new PM.

    If you want it turned off then go to "User CP" then go into "Edit Options" and go down till you see "Private Messaging". In there you'll see "Receive Email Notification of New Private Messages" and next to that is a checkbox. Unclick it and go down and save changes.
