4th Gen Nasty Plot PorygonZ question

    On Serebii it shows the nasty plot move in porygonZ moveset but it doesnt show a level and porygon or porygon2 cant learn it. How would I get nasty plot on my porygonz?
     
    Move Tutor in Pastoria. Take a Heart Scale and he will teach Nasty Plot to Porygon-Z
     
    Oh I was thinking that but I thought he only taught moves you have learnt in the past.

    yup.. he does

    but im guessing, that's a like, bonus move that he gets

    like tree hammer for example on err the complete grass starter..

    (i should really learn the names..)
     
    nasty plot on porygon z doesn't work very well (unless your against a tank), porygon 2 might be better w/ nasty plot (better defenses fyi)
